MORE THOUGHTS ON SB 5005 (a new vaccine law in WA state)

There is a new law going into effect in WA state (SB 5005) essentially stating that any parent who chooses to stagger vaccines or chooses to forgo them altogether, has to be properly "educated" by a medical profession (the doctors have to meet a certain criteria, so if you just see a chiro for your medical needs, you'll need to see another doctor for the signature!) and said physician has to sign the exemption form before these children will be allowed in the classroom in the 2011-2012 school year and beyond.  

The law also effectively diverts the religious exemptions by narrowing the mandate to read that the only way to get around this physician signature through a religious exemption is that a parent must PROVE their religious affiliation NEVER seeks medical attention of ANY kind for their child!  

There's nothing in this law that says the doctor has to sign the exemption form once this "education" has been completed by the parent.  

There's nothing in the law to prevent this medical professional from imposing his own personal beliefs upon the parent seeking an exemption.  

There's nothing in this law to prevent the medical professional from calling Child Protective Services on the parents should they walk out of his office without his signature with potential claims of "child neglect" either.  Setting off a chain of events that include, but are not limited to, the parents being investigated by CPS and the child being removed from their loving home.  

There's absolutely NOTHING in this law to protect the parents and their personal or religious beliefs!!!!

My experience has been that those who choose to stagger the vaccines given to their children or those who choose to avoid them all the way around, are more thoroughly educated on the risks involved with both the vaccines and the diseases they allegedly protect against.  

Sadly, those who blindly trust their Government, big Pharma (i.e. Merck and Pfizer the producers of most vaccines), or physician's word on the subjects have rarely ventured into reading one paragraph on the subject.  They just choose to believe what they hear.. what the alleged "studies" paid for by those who make these very vaccines allegedly prove.    

To make this law (SB 5005) fair, the mandate should be that ALL parents - whether pro-vaccine, pro-choice vaccine, or anti-vaccine - should be made to seek their medical doctors education on vaccines, the pros AND the cons (the good, the bad, the ugly).  

This "education" should include a list of the ingredients as many children who suffer from allergies (from minor to so severe it could cause death) may benefit from such parental knowledge.  

For an example:  did you know that if your child is allergic to dairy products, there are certain vaccines you need to avoid?  Better yet, is your DOCTOR aware of this fact??  Most aren't.  

Same argument goes for egg allergies.. or MSG allergies.. or many other countless ingredient possibility allergies!  What's in those vaccines can kill YOUR child if they're allergic to it!!

The "education" also needs to be clear that there has never been a proper double-blind study completed to prove vaccines are, in fact, effective.  Many drugs approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) require this standard before they hit the market, but for some reason vaccines are exempt?  Doesn't make sense, if you ask me...  And when you take into consideration all of the FDA approved drug recalls in the news lately?  Well, that should make many pro-vaxxers pause just for a moment and make them think twice about their stance!    

However, there is substantial evidence that vaccines DO and WILL cause damage to our children!  Read the acceptable adverse reaction lists here according to Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) you need to prove before you can possibly win a claim from the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP).  They also need to be clear that their doctor may not report the adverse reactions in their offices to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), so the percentages in this department are grossly understated as a direct result. 

I'm all for educating the masses about vaccines, but please don't limit this forced education on just those who choose to stagger the vaccines or who make the choice to avoid them altogether.  Make this education mandatory for EVERYONE!!
